We find moments your brand belongs in - before anyone else does.
WHO WE ARE
The Repertory is a creator marketing and PR agency based in Dubai — built on over a decade of experience working with some of MENA's most influential brands and creators.
We were founded on a single belief: the best stories are earned, not scripted. That the most powerful thing a brand can do is show up in a real moment, with the right creator, at exactly the right time.
We work with beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands across MENA who are ready to build genuine creator relationships — not just run campaigns. And with creators who want partnerships that mean something, not just a brief and a fee.
The Repertory is new. The expertise behind it isn't.
WHAT WE DO
-
We find the right talent, build the strategy, and run the campaign — from brief to final report. Every creator we work with is matched to your brand with intention, not just reach.
-
We get your brand talked about — organically. Through strategic gifting, creator relationships, and real-time moment execution, we generate coverage that money can't buy.
WHY WE EXIST
It started with a single moment.
A creator posted about a problem. We had the product. We moved in under an hour. Two organic posts. Zero paid media. The equivalent of tens of thousands in coverage — for the price of a product and a handwritten note.
Most brands would have missed it. Not because they didn't care — but because nobody was watching.
That's the gap The Repertory was built to close.
The Gulf is one of the most creator-driven markets in the world. Audiences here trust people over advertising. But brands are still running on campaign cycles while culture moves in real time.
We exist to change that.
A creator agency isn't a niche. It's one of the biggest industries in this region — and everyone in it has the right to exist.
The reason I started The Repertory — and chose this name — is because it's the name that introduced me to this world over fifteen years ago.
I began this journey as a creator. Learning the ins and outs of social media. Putting myself out there. As the industry grew, so did the opportunities — and I found myself working with the likes of YSL Beauty, Chanel, L'Oréal, Givenchy and Valentino. My curiosity peaked. I wanted to understand how brands saw this world.
So I spent nine years doing exactly that — working on the brand side with the likes of Procter & Gamble, NARS, Drunk Elephant, L'Occitane, NIVEA, and Mondelēz.
What I learned is this: the industry isn't broken. It just needs someone who speaks both languages. Someone who has sat on both sides of the table and understands what the other side actually needs.
Creators and brands have always been talking. They just haven't always been heard.
The Repertory exists to change that.
